Foxall
When Foxall relaunched their website in August 2010, they wanted a way of showing selected projects to clients, whilst hiding them from the general public.
I built a custom content-management system which allowed them to share either a single project, or generate a url with a personalised selection of case studies for prospective clients.
I was a part of the initial design and planning process and built both the front and back ends of the site.

Wilkinson Gallery
The gallery opened in 1998 on Bethnal Green’s Cambridge Heath Road and has since moved to nearby Vyner Street.
Foxall was approached to design and develop a site that would serve as an appropriate backdrop to the gallery’s varied shows; creating relationships between Artists, Exhibitions and News Items.
I developed the front-end, with Ben Foxall building the custom Rails app and CMS.

Magnum Print Room
Magnum Photos is an international photographic cooperative owned by its photographer-members, with offices in New York, Paris, London and Tokyo.
The Print Room is an exhibition space in London that curates four exhibitions a year along with various talks and events. Foxall was approached to create a microsite for the space to promote these exhibitions.
Invitations are uploaded to a custom CMS in advance and automatically displayed when the previous show ends.

Satoshi Minakawa
Satoshi is a Japanese landscape and concept photographer currently residing in London.
He approached Foxall to design and build his new website with an emphasis on large images and quick load times.
A simple interface was developed which allowed him to upload photos and tag them with a category which would form the basis of the navigation system. In order to cut back on load time, Infinite Scroll was employed.
The site is currently being updated with new content.

Ruth Tomlinson
Ruth Tomlinson is an award winning jeweller and a part of the Crafted scheme. Her site was designed by Felt Branding with Foxall in charge of development.
A custom CMS was built which allowed her to upload new pieces as they are created and organise everything by range/category.
She also required a relatively cheap eCommerce solution, so I built a custom shopping cart and integrated the site into her PayPal business account.

SHAWSTEPHENS
SHAWSTEPHENS is a furniture design and craftsmanship business, set in the heart of the Devon countryside and a part of the Crafted scheme of which Foxall are Mentors.
They required a website to showcase their unique pieces with a focus on the process and attention to detail.
A custom CMS was built to facilitate the uploading of new projects and a ‘workshop’ section was conceived to illustrate several key processes involved in their work.
